You have our guarantee that any personal information you give us relating to your booking will never be passed-on or sold to any third party. The only exception to this is the official identification details for every guest which, in Spain, are legally required to be provided to the Spanish police. You will be provided with a form to supply this information on arrival at the property.

Our website may collect information from our users at several different points on our Web site, primarily via the booking process.

At the moment our website does not collect log files and analytics for us to track and analyse user’s movements. However, this feature may be added in future, in which case we will amend our policy by updating this page. What information do we collect?

We collect information about you when you contact us, make a booking, provide feedback and sign up for our blog/newsletter.

The only third party we share your information with is the local Spanish Police, La Guardia Civil. This is to fulfil our legal obligation to provide them with guest identification and arrival details.

Your details will not be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long do we keep hold of your information?
